Mrs Julie Griffiths
Julie established the business in 2003, after working in the care sector since 1996, starting as a home carer working her way up to Deputy Care Manager.
Here at Care Matters, Julie and her team have a committed and compassionate work ethic and have developed a great reputation within the West Wiltshire area.
Having many long serving members of staff is a credit to the “Care Matters” name.

Miss Elizabeth Wright
Liz has worked for Care Matters for over 10 years. Her career here started as a Home Carer, then to Senior Carer after completing her Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, then to Care Co-ordinator and is now Deputy Care Manager.
Liz is highly motivated and passionate about her role, plus being our In House Trainer.
