Care Matters (Wiltshire) Ltd. is a private domiciliary care agency, providing a vast range of home support services to various ADULT client groups, who wish to remain independently in their own homes.
These clients need practical help and support to assist with daily routines of living at home.
As an agency, we work closely with our clients, advocates and other professionals to provide comprehensive care packages with varying services to meet the needs of each individual. We will provide you with the assistance you need as detailed in your Personal Care Plan. This will be drawn up and agreed with by yourself, following an assessment of your needs from either the Manager or Care Co-Ordinator.
This Service User Guide also gives you information about what you can expect and what to do if you are unhappy about the care you are receiving.

To provide personal and domestic care which enables clients who experience frailty, disability or illness to remain independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes, as well as to enable you to have a full and interesting life.
We believe that staying in your own home, with your own possessions and familiar face visiting is the best environment for you to receive support and care.
The Manager or Care Co-ordinator, assess your needs in a full consultation with yourself, your advocate or any other relevant services, to ensure that the service is fully integrated with the wider network of support available.
We aim to comply with the Health & Social Care Act 2008, (Regulated Activities), Regulations 2010, the CQC (Registration) Regulations 2009 and the Care Act 2014.
We offer a 365 day a year service that can be contacted and relied on in the event of an emergency, thus providing a flexible service, which as far as possible prevents the need for residential care.
To achieve this, we recruit and train the highest quality Care Workers to assist you with tasks that you have difficulty with, or carry them out for you if you are unable to do so yourself.
It is our main aim for you to stay happy with the services you receive and to encourage you to develop close relationships with our staff as they become a key part in the delivery of the care you need and to endeavour to meet all racial, religious and cultural needs of the clients, so operating a non-discriminatory practice in all aspects of the service provision.
To facilitate the discharge of patients from hospital at the earliest possible time following periods of acute medical care.
